Not Happy! Purchased a pair of jeans at online site in the sale.Jeans arrived and didn't fit so I want to return them but it will be at my own cost,
Rang customer service who said I can exchange at shop or get a credit note NO refund.
Went to usc shop for an exchange and was told I would have to pay another £27 for exchange as the jeans were no longer in the sale! Rubbish!
