I ordered some converse and the item itself was fine but the shoe box they came in was ripped and torn to pieces!! Having to send a parcel to my partner in the forces that is damaged with sellotape all over it is not what I wanted to do AT ALL! and I am VERY disappointed.
I can send you a picture of the box to proof how much of a mess it is!
I would like to hear back from you regarding this if not I will take the matter further as I do not think it is acceptable.
