I am only saying 'poor' as a reflection of the hassle I have had from the courier Yodel. This is not a reflection of the site or products (as my clothes have not arrived yet!). The courier attempted to deliver on Tuesday but as I work, the delivery was not possible. I'm unaware if they tried to leave with my neighbours but I was left with a card to say that delivery was attempted and call a number to rearrange. No problem so far. I called the number (a personal mobile) leaving a voice mail. The next morning I sent a text as I had not received a reply. Eventually a text come through asking for a possible alternative address where someone could sign for the package. I arranged with my dad to stay in all day and advised Yodel of his address. They said it should be between 1-4pm. This time came and went without delivery. I called, texted and left messages to no reply. Eventually later in the evening I was advised that the driver was off sick so the delivery couldn't take place. If I was told this earlier in the day no problem but to wait until after someone has waited in all day, this is not acceptable. The delivery has been rearranged again but I will withhold judgement until that is successful. As I say, this is a reflection of USC's nominated courier rather than themselves. But in this instance Yodel have let USC down.
