Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Only half the order arrived. No contact from USC to explain where the rest of the order was. I - the customer! - has to email customer services (no USC telephone number) and wait a further 12 hours to be told the rest of the order would be processed at a later date. The exact date was not provided. No offer of a refund on next day delivery charge offered. I replied to ask for the refund and to cancel outstanding items as I would be on holiday. 12 hours later the reply ignored my refund request and I was told I couldn’t have a refund because “the items were in the warehouse” (which means nothing to me). The rest of the order is still outstanding 8 days after ordering as I write this review on holiday without the items I wanted to take with me. All in all, just about the worst experience of online ordering I have had since I started shopping online in 2000. I will NEVER use this service or company again. I WILL advise all friends, family and colleagues to not use this company by telling them about my experience.
