Placed an online order 27/5 funds withdrawn from my card immediately. Expected delivery to local store 30/5. Still hadn’t had notification to collect by 3/6 so visited store for an update. “Your order isn’t here, we can’t look up orders, we can’t help you” was the response. Tried to trace delivery online. Even though I know my password I was greeted with “your password is incorrect” when I logged in. Made 5 attempts to request a password reset yesterday. Supposed to get an email to help reset. Haven’t had a single one (yes I have checked my junk folder). Emailed customer services this morning to look into my issue. Auto response to say I might get contact in 3 days... Rubbish service all round. First time I’ve ordered from USC. Will definitely be the last. I’m writing this review as USC have just emailed me to ask how my delivery went. I haven’t even got it!
