First order I explored the idea of pick up in store, decided against and ordered delivery to home address. Got an email confirming order was going to store. Emailed but it bounced back (looked like cs@... but is actually a noreply@...). Then I tried to call, your contact us pages have an infinite loop of 'how can I contact you' > 'other enquires' > 'how can I contact you' > 'other enquiries' > 'how can I contact...'
I don't shopping at a company I can't speak to.
