The order was delayed by 4 days and then there was an item which was cancelled. I had paid extra for an Express delivery I.e. there was an urgency attached to the order and therefore it was quite annoying to chase a number of times and in the end miss out on an item i wanted too. Perhaps when someone's order is delayed they should be notified asap? This goes especially for Express deliveries as otherwise it messes up the chance for alternative courses of action and you have to scramble. Express orders outline that time is important for the customer, getting that messed up will not leave anyone happy. I certainly am not.
