Ordered Rocket Dog boots as a Christmas Present for my daughter, when they arrived the Rocket Dog box was completely damaged, lid was off & the boots were inside the plastic bag.. Boots ok but, perhaps your carrier or packers need to be more careful..These boots were not cheap!!!
