very very poor service purchased this watch for a gift on 28/05 the person was leaving the country on the friday paid extra for premium 1 day service i did not receive the watch until 6 days after the order no update info given at all to keep me informed the watch arrived with damaged box open at both ends manual bent with other forms .This watch will be returned waste of time and money poor service from customer service they could only tell me this parcel was delayed no time frame.
