Your courier service lets your service down a lot as I waited in 3 days for my parcel to arrive! Each day was told it was coming then appeared to be undelivered and a card had been put through my door, which it hasn't!! Also the trainers I ordered the box was ripped and filthy but I have made a separate complaint regarding this!
