After ordering clothes on the 1st of June for going on holiday on the 9th I became concerned that my order wouldn’t be with me in time for going so I attempted to get in touch to see if I could upgrade my delivery option to ensure I got my clothes in time. I was unable to contact anyone in person and had to email an enquiry, which was replied to two days later and never gave me any other option. An apology and an assurance that my order would be dispatched within two working days, it’s now the 8th of June, I leave for my holiday in the early hours of the 9th and my order is nowhere to be seen. I now have to go out shopping for more clothes for my holiday, I certainly will not be going to USC.
