USC is great I love all your clothings & they have reasonable prices especially when they are on sale. What I don’t like is you still charge for collection in store. Yeah you give £5 voucher but what if I don’t like the voucher. That £5 can be spent on parking ticket. I hope you can look into this. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who think about this.
