Sorry to only give 2 star as when receiving my goods very promptly I was then very disappointed to discover I had been sent a size 3 boot when I had asked for a size 6 and has now cost me price of a phone call to get Freepost address to return them. The customer service girl was very nice and apologetic but when all said and done it has cost me money and inconvenience . I also find it annoying that you do not do free delivery to and that returns to stores are credit note or exchange only. Not sure that I would use website again.
