Having placed an order with standard delivery I expected my items within 1 week. I received an email from Hermes to tell me they would deliver my bits between 12 and 2 on last Thursday Friday and Saturday. Alas no-one called, then on Saturday I received an email to tell me the consignment was being sent back to you. There was someone home each time they allege to have attempted delivery and we didn't receive a single card to say delivery had been attempted. I'm really displeased by the service and won't be using you again.
