The goods arrived promptly which was fab. Had to go to a store to exchange one of the tops for a different size & colour and couldn't believe what I was told! I had bought the top when it was discounted but it was full price again and was asked to pay the difference because I wasn't taking the same colour!!! All colours were discounted at the time. Only reason I wanted other colour was cos my son turned up on his birthday wearing top in my first choice colour. Was told because even although it was same top it had a different code cos was diff colour!!!! Yeah code would be diff but it's the same top at end of the day!!! Unbelievable! Never in all my shopping years have I encountered such nonsense!! Put me right off USC.
