Bought two pairs of hugo boss trainers, right foot on one pair was tight so took back to store n tried another pair and exact same, wanted a refund not a credit note as it was a manufacturing fault for both pairs to be tight on right shoe yet fine on the other coloured pair i bought. Will consider this when i buy again.
