My item departed from USC on 8th of june. my delivery date was supposed to be on 14th of june..its now 17th of june local time and i havent received any update on my item (Courier: DPD). previously buying from usc, DHL was assign as delivery courier and i will receive my item in a week, sometimes even earlier. SO I PAID 15GBP FOR A SLOWER ITEM DELIVERY WHILE I PAID THE SAME LAST TIME FOR A MUCH FASTER SERVICE? Its been really good buying from usc but usc shouldnt give a slower delivery after providing a very good and satisfying delivery (by DHL). Terrible! wont be buying from usc again if DPD is still in charge of delivery. *UPDATE* I have received my items on 20th June. Almost 2 weeks after collection. it was not sent to me, i have to collect it myself. the packaging was terrible, and torn (see picture). i was lucky that the item inside didnt suffer damage! DPD as delivery courier is 1 week slower compared to DHL. and i paid 15GBP (the amount i usually paid for DHL) for this 1 week slower delivery, plus having to collect myself only to find out the package was badly packaged and torn. IF USC KEEP USING DPD, I WOULDNT BE BUYING ANYMORE. ITS BETTER TO PAY A LITTLE MORE TO RECEIVE THE ITEM IN A WELL PACKAGING PLUS A REAL EXPRESS DELIVERY!!!
