I really had the worst service with you. I have been so disappointed with every stage of your process. It is clear that you do not take customer service seriously and I have been left extremely upset with your business. I would defiantly deter my contacts from shopping with you. After purchasing next day delivery (due to moving country with the following 6 days). Only 1 item out of 7 came. When talking with 'Georgia' on twitter, she did not tell me any helpful information and could not tell me when the rest of my order would arrive. She was extremely unprofessional, not reading or answering my questions properly, copy pasting template replies and finally not answering my message at all. I have not been refunded for my next day delivery nor have I received an apology. I am extremely unhappy and I do wish you work on the service you give to your customers.
