I ordered 12 pieces of CK2 30ml. at GBP 148.87 on 16-Jun-19 (to be delivered to my son at boarding school). After that, I received an email informed that 1 piece of the product is temporary out of stock. I just knew from my son that he received the parcel (11 pieces of CK2 30ml.) on 18-Jun.
I expected to receive a refund from USC soon. But, it is about a week that I have not heard anything from USC about my refund or what you will do about ths issue.
It would be very much apprecated if you can help me on this.
