Paid extra for next day delivery and it took a week to receive the gifts intended to be received in time for father's day. Items purchased arrived separately and so missed delivery of some of the items.
One item was packaged like someone had played football with it in the warehouse.
Promised a refund for the delivery and chased but this hasn't materialised.
