Ordered 3 items and paid for next day delivery although missed cut off time so it would be the day after but not a problem.only one item turned up on the Saturday morning with no e-mails or phone calls explaining missing 2 items!!after numerous phone calls at my expense and being lied to on two occasions by their customer service agents finally cancelled the remaining order and got a full refund!!!do not use the company for any online ordering!!!!
