I ordered various items I decided to get it send to Sportsdirect to make sure
I couldn’t miss my parcel. On the email I received to confirm my order the
Email stated that I would receive an email when my parcel reached the store.
I never received an email, but when I tried to track my parcel it was stating the
Order had been processed. And it was waiting to be picked up, I still hadn’t received an email to confirm delivery. I tried to ring Sportsdirect what a waste off time that is. I decided to go to the store I had a copy off the order email and asked the woman to check to see if the parcel had arrived. She asked if I
Had received a confirmation email, if I hadn’t then it wouldn’t have arrived. I returned home and awaited the email. I went in to the order again it said the

with no joy. I emailed your customer service team which is very slow to receive
a reply. I decided to go back the store because it was starting to annoy me.
I went again to Sportsdirect and waited to speak to someone about my parcel
I explained everything to a different pleasant young lady who said she would
be happy to check the stores, she then returned with the parcel. And said it had been there a few days. I explained I had been there already that day and
was told it wasn’t there. I still haven’t received CONFIRMATION EMAIL. No
Apology, not happy.
