This is the worst company I have ordered trainers from online. They are totally incompetent, and have sent me the wrong colour trainers (grey instead of black) twice. Each time the grey trainers were in a box labelled black. I would now like a total refund, including the money I have spent on postage (paying extra for next day delivery, and paying to return the incorrect trainers) and compensation for wasting my time. I will never shop from USC again.
