The only downside to ordering with USC is no free delivery or returns. Even when you spend a considerable amount there is still no offering of free delivery, I spent over £100 and still had to pay delivery whereas with other retailers I am entitled to free delivery and returns. Due to this I will think twice before ordering with USC online again.
