About 155 quid worth of clothing missing from parcel sealed with DPD tape arriving a day late.
USC don’t seem to be in any rush to resolve the problem. I submitted the online contact form 5 days ago and still haven’t received any acknowledgment. No call, no email, nothing. Had to wait 18 mins in a queue attempting to speak with a customer advisor over the phone who initially provided wrong info. He told me to fill in the contact form and submit pictures of the parcel. Extremely poor customer service. I won’t be placing any more orders. Won’t let the bad experience ruin my holiday in the next few days. I believe many of the items are overpriced. It’s amazing what you can save when you shop around!
