Ordered 5 items. Was informed after I'd placed order that one item was now out of stock and was therefore cancelled by USC. When my order arrived in store I opened it up in front of the desk staff to find two items absolutely filthy, so returned them straightaway. The store staff were shocked at the state of the items and looked like one had been stood on several times. Does not each item get checked before being sent out? Very poor service indeed.
