Firstly, i did not receive an email notifying me that my delivery had arrived at the assigned SportsDirect store. A week had passed by and I was passing by the shop so decided to call in and check only to find it had been delivered there two days ago.
Secondly, I found out that the customer is expected to pay for signed for postage for returning unwanted orders (even incorrect dispatched orders) - this is a first for me. This is not made at all clear when placing the order. Why can I not just return them to the store I collected them from? Why is this not an option?
All in all, I am disappointed and will not be using the online service again.
