Ordered a pair of vans for my wee girl for school, collected from store and opened to see them to see that 1 of the vans had been worn it was dirty and just looked grubby! Took them Back to the shop to see if they could order me n other pair as I needed them to be told no they don't take anything to do with stuff like that, I would have to send them back and deal with it my self! In the end they ended refunding me my money back which I didn't want as I wanted the vans! I have now had to go back on and order another pair and hope that they 1s will be OK.
