To whom it may concern,
My complaint has everything to do with the courier company you use to deliver your products.
I paid for the next day delivery and it is a week later and my items are being send back to you.

No a single delivery attempt was made, not a single 'sorry we have missed you' card was left. I have been at home on 3 out of 4 of their delivery attempts.
Later, the status got updated to: 'We're not able to deliver your parcel to the address we have'.
So, Hermes cannot deliver to one of the main roads in Glasgow? Just look up my address please:

I am very unhappy about the whole thing. I still want my shopping, so I will be happy if you could send it again by post this time. If you cannot do so, please refund me all the money including the delivery charge.
