Ordered a pair of conversew for my youngest sibling. She is distraught as the delivery company USC used has not attempted a single delivery. However on their website of the tracking it says the driver keeps rescheduling the different slots. I have gone outside at the very secind they say that driver is on his way but there actually isnt anyone there at all. Now it shows the delivery driver will return my product to USC. What have i done wrong? I even updated the address for my neighbour and a safe place to leave parcel. Its such a shame. I dont think i will ever use USC again as i cannot even call anyone to communicate with. Such a big waste of time. Still my product has not been delivered.
