Absolutely shocking! Items arrived used and in poor condition. Contacted USC customer Service and received possibly the worst ever service I’ve EVER experienced from shopping Online. One of the advisors hung up on me for no reason and I mean no reason. Never shopping with USC again. They made me feel like I was absolute dirt.
How a company can function like this is beyond me.
