The Rating is accepatble only not because of your goods, or your online process but because of the agressive courier who knocked on my door. I was sitting eating, hear three knocks in quick succession, opened the door, the courier was already 50 metres doen the road. I called after him, why could you not wait? He said I knocked 3 times and I have 200 other packages to deliver. He was Agressive!!! So I took the package from him, this is Hermes courier service, my past experience of them is very mixed. This bag I bought is a gift for a relative, unforunately the enjoyment of giving is tarnished by the delivery experience. You would do better to increase your delivery costs and employ a good quiality courier. Because of this courier issue you have I am very unlikely to order from you again.
