Ridiculously poor service, showed stock available but email received days later advising they couldn't fulfil my order. Didn't check if i wanted remaining items and when i cancelled order said they couldn't cancel and i would have to return even though they hadn’t dispatched it. Advised to return the order for a refund but neglected to tell me returns are chargeable!!! Still waiting to hear back from a manager, take days to answer to emails and no contact number to call to complain. POOR SERVICE!!
