Order was wrong-label on box right but wrong trainers inside. When I contacted USC to resolve this I kept receiving generic style emails without me question being addressed. I am left with the choice of keeping a wrong item or returning it and losing out on my postage cost as they will not offer a replacement item similar and of the same value as original product is out of stock. Either way I am left out of pocket due to a fault on their behalf with no real attempt from customer service to resolve the issue.
