I am quite often shop online ( not only USC ) and can quite fair compare competitive market. I have to say that it’s absolutely terrible service that I have to pay from my own pocket for returns . Did you think that ordered item can be wrong size , damaged or even not as advertised? You already charging client for delivery and after that aspecting me to send back and pay for it . I won’t be coming back . There is much better service in other websites! You used to be great but since Michael bought you over your customer service went right down the hill .
