I have used USC for a couple of years and have always received good service. I did however have an issue recently where an item showing available returned out to be unavailable once I had paid for and completed the order. It came to light your stock is not live on your website and even a day later the same item was still showing as available... In this day and age I feel there is no reason for this to not be a live count. I did however receive very good and fast help with this from your support team, thank you.
