Paid for two pairs of shoes . Appeared to be in stock. Next day one order was cancelled as suddenly not in stock?
Waited for 2nd pair and waited and waited. Got an email they have been delivered to the chosen address? Went to collect 3x and nothing there?
Called customer services ? Said they would call back ? No call back just an email to say order cancelled? We didn’t cancel it?
Refund of over £100 will take 14 days ? Why?
