Refund service is poor.
I understand that as a web seller, USC has a business posting deal, and offers a great value posting charge. But , when a return is needed , the average costumer, like myself, who is advised to return items registered post, is open to a truly high posting cost. USC courier shipping cost was under £6 , my return cost was £16.
Free returns, will keep costumers like myself using usc more often.
