One of my items was cancelled, I asked customer services if they just change it for the next size down and they said no I would need to re-order. I informed that that if I re-ordered I would be charged another £4.99 for shipping when I was already being charged for shipping of my other items. I asked time after time if they could just include it with my original order and they said no, the charge would apply. I explained that it wasn't my fault they were advertising products on the website that they didn't have, so why should I be charged for someone elses incompetence?...to cut a very long story short its been 9 days and I still haven't got my original order!
