Hello! I'm not happy with the delivery of DPD. The statuses were not updated, no one called me. If I hadn't gone to the site and looked at the status of the parcel itself, I would never have found out that the address was incorrect. I chose a pickup point, but they didn't deliver the parcel and didn't tell me about it, so I had to choose another one. The bag was opened by someone (maybe at the customs office, I don't know) and taped. It is good that the jacket was not cut. The hanger was sent with the jacket and was broken, it could also damage the jacket.
