When my order came there was an item missing. I emailed customer service who fobbed me off with a link to "track the parcel" which had already been delivered and no answers to any of my questions. I am still waiting to find out why I have paid for something I have not received. Absolutely appalling customer service and I am going to take to social media soon if nobody gives me some clear information.
