If I could give no stars I would! Ordered a coat and jumper for local shop delivery. USC have dispatched my parcel to the wrong courier company, the courier company it's been given to cannot deliver to my opted parcel shop as they don't deal with them and have no way of proving my collection. I emailed USC asking for a refund due to their error and I could order myself another coat as I needed the order straight away, to be told I would have to wait for them to fix their error, wait for it to be sent back to them and then wait 14 days for a refund. So not only have I not received my parcel, and USC have told me by email I'm not going to receive my parcel, they are withholding my money and have referred me to their return T&C's. Not sure why they think that this is classed as a return as it is their error and not mine. Absolutely ridiculous service! Not surprised at all the bad reviews.
