I found the website easy to navigate around. They had most products I wanted. On delivery I was disappointed to find one item missing, however the reply from customer service stated that the item had been picked. Luckily they did send me one and I think that items should be checked after being picked as it felt like they were saying I was lying about not receiving the item.
