I ordered a pair of shoes, jeans and a jumper. I payed the extra money to ensure my items arrived by Thursday last week. It's now Tuesday the week after and I still have not received my shoes nor had any sort of explanation.
When this is read, I want a full refund and someone to contact me as this poor level of service is unacceptable. I will not shop with us again, total loss of confidence
