On hold at customer service.. next on the call over an hour spent calling no answer.
Email sent days to respond.. then no further response!! Tweeted again a response then nothing £50 of my daughters Christmas money not returned!!! My order come and it was empty as confirmed by Hermes!!!!!
Who is going to take responsibility for this.
