I received my order with an item missing. I contacted USC and was asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I was also told someone will get back to me between 4-24hrs that was 5 days ago & still no one has contacted me, sent my item or refund.
Every attempt to get this issue sorted since then has been ignored and I am unable to send messages via the message link online.
It’s been 10days since I paid for my item & still don’t have it.
