Recieved items within a few days, and good communication about dispatch etc. However one of the items(a white tshirt) arrived with massive black stains all over it. It looks as if someone has stood on it with muddy boots on. The customer service team were nice enough when I sent a photo and asked what to do, but I disagree with having to pay postage to return a faulty item. I've been asked to post the item back and wait 14 days - not great considering it's a faulty item. Probably wont use USC online again due to this waste of time.
