I want to say the following about your work:
First of all, when I have a complaint about something, you often don't answer any of my messages.
Secondly, when me and my friends order an item we sometimes need to wait for the confirmation of the order for over 3 days, and then you'll respond with something like: "Sorry, we don't have some of these items at this moment.", and you send me the rest of the items in the order, without asking for my opinion. And sometimes these items that you send out to me aren't needed anymore, since some of the items are unavailable.
I'm a client of USC for many years now, and i order many items for both myself and my family, and they don't like this kind of attitude either.
Not very positive, but this is my honest opinion.
