Although the first translation had a couple mistakes, USCES corrected them quickly, and the translation was eventually accepted by the immigration program I had applied to, so I am happy about that. However, the whole process took almost 2 weeks, far longer than the originally promised 48 hour turnaround time, and this was after I had to follow up a few times first to get the initial translation, which took 5 days to receive. USCES was quick to make corrections to the initial translation. I needed a certified, notarized copy, which I was told the next day had been sent in the mail. It has been over 5 months now, and I still have not received the certified, notarized translation in the mail. However, after waiting a week, I followed up to ask for a scanned copy of the certified, notarized translation, as I really needed it for my immigration application right away, and USCES sent me an electronic copy of the certified, notarized translation very quickly that day, which I submitted with my immigration application and was accepted fine.
