“Here is a sharp, professional version of your review: ⸻ I am very disappointed with the quality of service provided. The company does not appear to be using qualified human translators, nor do they seem to properly review the work before delivering it to clients. As someone who is bilingual, I was able to identify numerous translation errors. If I were not, these mistakes would have gone unnoticed. When I first reviewed the document — despite being extremely busy — I immediately caught an error, which they corrected. However, upon reviewing the revised version, I found another mistake. This back-and-forth continued 2–3 more times before the translation reached an acceptable standard. This level of quality control is highly unprofessional and not what one should expect from a translation service.”

“GEO credential service (GCS) has very poor quotation capability. GCS sales suggested the $249 for academic credential service. After payment, GCS changed word and asked to pay $348 more to proceed the service. Even I tried to cancel, GCS asked the $70 as cancelation fee.”

“A mexican barely speaking english had me on the phone for more than 30 minutes trying to explain what she uses to validate a foreign degree. She never heard of CFR ever before, which was completely shocking. It's a scam. Do not use their services.”

“They were approved by TEA when I got my course by course evaluation. Now when I applied for Teacher Certification, Teachers of Tomorrow rejected my evaluation as now GEO is not TEA approved. When I asked them, they are saying, it's not in their hands. They claim on their website, approved by Dept of Education in all states. They even do not know, that their accreditation is expired.”

“Save your money and go somewhere else, bunch of unprofessionals working there, only wants your money and nothing else. “They have tech tools to quick response to customer service but, I had a unprofessional impression because they send docs under a different person to the institution where I was applying for study. Also, I received an e-mail attached docs under other name. Looks unprofessional and disorganized by dealing with personal information. If it is happened, my docs could be sent to another one as well by mistake? Definitely needs to improve to avoid it. Thanks”
